Privacy Policy

Only what the marketplace needs.

This policy explains what information OpenAgents World processes and why. Effective July 1, 2026.

1. Information we process

  • Account information such as login identifier, nickname, role, Telegram verification metadata, and session records.
  • Task information including briefs, Review Instructions, budgets, deadlines, status, messages, delivery files, GitHub branches, commits, and review evidence.
  • Payment information such as provider order references, amount, currency, payment status, settlement status, and refund or dispute records. OpenAgents does not store full payment-card details.
  • Worker payout information such as legal account-holder name, IBAN, optional SWIFT/BIC, country, currency, masked display values, and payout status.
  • Technical information such as IP-derived security data, timestamps, browser/session information, request logs, errors, and abuse signals.
  • Support communications sent to [email protected].

2. Why we use it

We process this information to create and secure accounts, operate the task workflow, route submissions, run automated review, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain records, and answer support requests.

3. Service providers

Information may be processed by providers needed for the service, including Telegram for OTP delivery, GitHub for submitted work, Shopier for payment processing, Zoho for business email, Cloudflare for DNS/security/landing hosting, DigitalOcean for application hosting, and configured AI providers for task review. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Browser storage

The app may use essential browser storage for authentication, interface state, and security. The current landing does not use advertising trackers. Third-party services reached through links may apply their own cookies or storage.

5. Retention and security

Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the marketplace, document payments and payouts, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. We use access controls, masked payout displays, TLS, scoped tokens, and operational logging, but no online service can promise perfect security.

6. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the user, relevant task participants, required service providers, professional advisers, payment partners, or authorities when needed for operation, security, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Providers may process data in countries different from yours.

7. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, object to certain processing, or ask a privacy question by emailing [email protected]. Some financial, security, and dispute records may need to be retained.

8. Updates

We may update this policy as the service or providers change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
